If you are needing a physicals for participation in AIA athletics, immunizations for school or other participation, please make an appointment at one of the two locations available.
The health centers ask that you bring necessary school or AIA paperwork with you at the time of your appointment. You can reach the appointment desk at 520-562-1200 x 7337 for either location.
