Gila Crossing Families, We will be switching meals for Thursday and Friday to honor a meatless Friday for those observing Ash Wednesday today, and the beginning of Lent. Thank you to the kitchen and Meals on Wheels participants for this, and we will try and keep up this observance on Fridays until the Easter holiday for the benefit of our staff, students and Gila Crossing families. Thursday will be chicken strips, while Friday will now be cheese pizza. Thank you.
