Gila Crossing Families, Parent/Teacher conferences will be on Thursday, October 20th and Friday, October 21st. There will be early dismissal on both days for all students due to conferences. K-4 will be dismissed at 11:30 am and 5th-8th grade at 1:00 pm. Please contact your student's teacher regarding conference times. Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, There is no Afterschool tutoring today, Monday, October 10th. K-4 students are dismissed at 2:30 pm and 5th-8th grade are dismissed at 4:00 pm. Afterschool Tutoring will resume again tomorrow, Tuesday, October 11th as normal. Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, School resumes on Monday, October 10th. Also, the contracted testing company will be on campus Monday, October 10th. Under the new Executive Order issued by Governor Lewis, as long as the community remains in Phase 3 of Covid protocols surveillance testing is now optional for students. If you would still like to have your student(s) tested, they must have the following letter signed and returned to the school. If you have any questions, please call the front office. Thank you.

Gila Crossing Families, Fall Break is next week October 3rd-October 7th for all students. Also, there will be no Saturday school, tomorrow, October 1st due to Fall Break. All students will return on Monday, October 10th. Have a safe Fall Break!

Gila Crossing Families, We will have Saturday School this Saturday, September 10th. Gila Crossing Community School will be offering Saturday School sessions for our students. Saturday School will offer academic tutoring in ELA and Math but will include fun activities supporting the learning. Saturday school will occur from 8:00 and ending at noon. If you would like to sign your student up for Saturday School, permission slips are available on the school website and in the front office. Thank you.

If your student does not test on campus Wednesday, September 7th they will not be allowed to return on Thursday, September 8th until a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken from a licensed health care provider is provided to the front office.
